At Conservation|Letterfrack,
we have worked on a variety of historic public buildings, carefully restoring
the interiors, with great attention to detail, and conducting extensive
conservation work. Read here some examples of the work we have done and
check out also our work on the interiors of the Cork
Courthouse and the Sligo Courthouse.

We restored
the architectural woodwork and reinstated missing and damaged woodgrained
finishes (scumble) in some places where the woodwork was extensively
damaged, we replicated the original details. The deteriorated original leather
bookshelf trimmings were copied and over 1,700 brass dome head nails were
cleaned, lacquered and put back in place. We also stabilized the cracked
ceiling panels and restored and finished the original pitch pine floor.
